Guide to All Things Wally West

Introduction
As a boy, Wally would often daydream, most notably about being the Flash. He idolized the Flash and was the president and sole member of the Blue Valley Flash Fan Club.He had a close relationship with his aunt Iris, often referred to her as his best friend.He is the first Kid Flash and the third Flash.He is the first Legacy character to have a long successful solo book, and inspired more to come.
